1General Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the DepoBoss platform (https://depoboss.click) and all its services. In this document, "DepoBoss", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating the platform, while "member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered individual.

DepoBoss is an online Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

• DepoBoss reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• These terms are written in Bengali, and the Bengali version shall be considered the definitive version.
• DepoBoss reserves the right to restrict or suspend its services at any time due to legal or regulatory requirements.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

Age & Identity Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to register with DepoBoss. We may request a government-issued ID (NID, passport, or birth certificate) at any time to verify your age and identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household, device, or IP address. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Please contact our support team if you need to update your personal information.
• It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account password and login credentials secure.
• Operating an account on behalf of or under the identity of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Methods

DepoBoss currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Deposits are generally processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Process

KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard members' withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes. VIP members receive withdrawals in as little as 5 minutes.

• Withdrawals can only be processed via the same method used for the original deposit.
• Suspicious transactions may require additional verification.
• Withdrawals will be suspended if money laundering or fraud is suspected.
• DepoBoss is not responsible for failures caused by banks or mobile banking services.

4Betting Rules

Betting Rules

Once a bet is placed on DepoBoss, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled. The outcome of each bet is determined in accordance with the relevant sports rules. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, the bet is generally voided and the stake refunded.

Odds & Payouts

Odds are subject to change, and the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply. DepoBoss reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error. Winnings will be credited to your account automatically.

• Any attempt at match manipulation or gaining unfair advantage will result in account closure.
• Placing excessive bets on the same event or engaging in arbitrage betting is strictly prohibited.
• DepoBoss reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, the last confirmed bet will stand.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. A minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify. The welcome bonus is issued once per member and applies to one account only.

Wagering Requirements

Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. You must complete the required bet amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Bonus balances will be held separately until all wagering conditions are met.

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses across multiple accounts will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• DepoBoss reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing any winnings earned from bonuses.
• Separate terms apply to free bets and cashback bonuses.

6Responsible Betting

DepoBoss takes responsible betting very seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. That's why we encourage all members to bet within their means.

• Deposit Limit: Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: You can also temporarily suspend your account for a set period if you choose.
• Cooling-Off: Breaks of between 24 hours and 30 days are available.
• Betting History: You can view your full betting history at any time.

8Account Closure & Suspension

DepoBoss may temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions
• False Information or Identity Fraud
• Multiple Accounts
• Bonus Abuse & Fraudulent Activity
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Activity
• Threats or Misconduct

Members may request account closure at any time through our support team. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, except in cases where a terms violation has occurred.

9Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our support team first. You will receive an initial response within 72 hours of your complaint being received. For complex issues, we will aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

• DepoBoss's decision is final in all disputes relating to betting outcomes.
• Cases with evidence of a technical error will be subject to re-evaluation.
